As a returning customer, with a rather expensive order, I would think they would be elated to deliver a large anniversary bouquet in north Edmond. They said it’s slightly out of their delivery area, and after I explained that they’ve delivered to that area before for me, and I’m willing to pay a delivery fee, they still declined. Oh well.... After years of being a customer, they lost this customer. (Last time, they delivered much later than they stated they would, but I figured I’d give them another try). If you’re wanting delivered North of Waterloo, or the Oak Tree area, save the time and call someone else.
Very friendly service, hot a dozen white roses for my wife for valentine's day, only $109, they were beautifully arranged and the cuttings were all very healthy. Also the filter flower in this want baby's breath, it was something else that was far prettier. Great place.
Madeline’s has been my go to flower shop ever since formals and proms in high school! They do an amazing job, have very reasonable prices, the employees are so friendly and helpful, and it’s a local business! I usually go in there with no specific idea on what kind of arrangement to get and they end up helping me decide and knocking it out of the park! If you need a beautiful arrangement that comes at a great price and want the best customer service while doing so, Madeline’s Flower Shop & Greenhouse is your place!

Not only is Naira super accommodating, nice, friendly, fun, she also took the time to listen to my needs carefully and with just enough guidance, I let her have full creative control over all the arrangements and I'll just let the photos speak for themselves --- they came out absolutely GORGEOUS and beyond my expectations, and Naira truly went above and beyond to make sure not only that they were created in time, but were delivered promptly on the day of the installation with no issues. Communication was on point, she even sent photos one day prior to the event to make sure I loved the finished product.
