I live in Kansas City and my parents live in Afton. I wanted to send flowers to my mother for her birthday. I called The Rusty Willow and Kristi answered. She was so helpful and kind! I was worried because I wasn't going to be able to see the flowers first. They did such an AMAZING job! My mother was tickled pink! Every flower that I indicated to Kristi was in the arrangement, it was beautiful! I couldn't have been more satisfied with their customer service and the care they took to make my mothers birthday a special one! THANK YOU!
We ordered an arrangement for our grandsons funeral and they did an amazing job.
They arranged the cutest flower arrangement for me to give to a client. It was perfect. I had no idea what to get for her but they were able to put something together for me. I loved it and so did she.
Disappointed in what I paid for and received. I don’t recommend buying from them using their online website. The bouquet size was a lot less than what I expected.
I have tried several florists over the years and I have had several disappointments. Going to the Rusty Willow has been an excellent experience since the first time I used them. The flowers Kim uses always last and the arrangements are beautiful. When my mother passed away Kim went above and beyond to make sure that the flowers at my mom's service were perfect. Her goal was accomplished. I will be a customer at the Rusty Willow for life. Thank you Kim for all you have done for us.
