THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. Having to take care of and finalize the plans for a funeral of someone that you loved dearly is not easy. I don't know her name but she returned to the flower shop after close to help us out and we were able to pick the perfect arrangement. It made the day so much easier knowing I could get that part done as well. Peace of mind and I was so grateful!!!! They have my 5 stars!

I can't express enough how happy I was with first the customer service my family and I received from Jan and her staff!! Second, everything we ordered for my grandfather's funeral was beautiful. When you are going through something as difficult as a death and someone can take some of the burden off of you it is greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch to Latta Flower Shop from my FAMILY!! We will never forget the kind words and beautiful flowers!!

The customer service and arrangement were exceptional. I called late after hearing about the loss of a friend’s father, I thought maybe I could have a plant delivered. The incredible response I got was if I wanted a floral arrangement she would be happy to do that. The arrangement was so very beautiful! It was even stunning from the back. She even sent pictures of the arrangement because she knew I wasn’t able to attend the service. The family was so appreciative and so was I. Above and beyond on every way! Thank you so much!

My Brother& Wife went everywhere Criswell Funeral Home ,Gifford Monument Works, East Hill Cemetery, Roff Baptist Church I finally 3yrs. later went to The Post Office in St.Cloud Florida very Respectful United States Postal Service assured me they take high Respect for the Deceased & sent him Home to Criswell Funeral Home Ada,Ok. then Roff First Baptist Church then East Hill Cemetery. Beautiful Folks like my dear Friend the dad I never had My Brother handled the Burial w/ photos. I felt wore out he said the Minister was going to call I said not me! Not today Big Brother handled it, but still a feeling of Incompleteness TIL Latta Flower Shop came through for me! I feel I've pretty much completed his final wishes but I can't do enough for my dearly deeply Loving Friend the dad I never had. He'd say I was the Son he never had I'd say Oh Brother you picked a fine one he'd say no no your the best my friend!
