Thank you Donna and Durant flower shop. When a family friend passed all the way across the country, I had to take a chance on a trustworthy flower shop. Donna was great on the phone and I could tell within minutes of talking to her, I could totally trust her on this. The flowers were a big hit and I am very thankful.

Put together a nice bit of flowers for my cousin. Hand wrote the poem I made for her. Jane is very courteous and on he dime. Sad time and needed that, thank you!

Terrible customer service. Rude as soon as I walked in, and I had to get their attention to talk about what they had to offer. I was just trying to surprise my girlfriend with a bouquet of flowers, but I’m better off going to Walmart and making it myself. When I asked if she had any bouquets available, the answer was “nope, sorry.” It doesn’t take more than five minutes to drop some carnations in a vase and that’s all I wanted. Don’t waste your time.
