I'm not sure what's happened in the recent years, but everything from appointment times, communication, and professional courtesy is extremely disorganized. The front desk lady is clueless, helpless, rude, or just doesn't care. Perhaps all of the above. We have been up here twice trying to get information from these people on our loved ones passing. The first time, we are kept outside while the lady wants to poke her out not wanting to answer us. Apparently the information we received which was to drop off pictures for the obituary and get our loved ones size for garments was not communicated to her. After that she quickly had us go away with the reminder our appointment was the next day even though we were told it was for the day we had come. Not that it mattered since even after telling her this, she didn't care, said she couldn't let us in and closed the door and locked it. Come the next day here we are again, but now only two people are allowed in at a time.....No this info wasnt given to us yesterday and yes she had us wait outside with her head poked out talking to us. There are three daughters, two that showed up, and a now widowed husband but only two people are allowed at a time. Oh look now it magically changed to three when she closed the door back, locked it, spoke to whoever, unlocked it and said we can have three people now. This is woefully unprofessional and tedious. We are already dealing with enough. Just go see Mr.Wright. He does this process infinitely better and does so with courtesy and efficiency. The only reason we didnt go to him like we normally do is because another family member made the call of funeral homes before we did. Save yourself the headache, please.

She helped me when my mom died. I am an only child so she asked a few questions and she done her thing from there. Got the insurance done and burial plot. This was in the year 2000. Thanks you

The funeral home staff is exceptional. They go beyond the call of duty. Always nice and courteous.
