This place is horrible the part of PROFESSIONAL services that my family paid for was a lie. All the staff care about is money, my uncle and cousins told them in the beginning that money was not an issue. The staff was never there far as being passionate and caring. The day day of the family viewing they were VERY rude to the family, we do understand about the CDC guidelines but it seemed as if we were just flat out rushed. When we arrived to the funeral they went car to car to see if her own family could help get her out of the hearse. After the funeral service we did a final viewing OUTSIDE UNDER A TENT and the rushed the people through the line, it wasn't even that many people there but onece again we were being RUSHED. I honestly wouldn't give them a second chance.
Horrible communication skills. Just outright rude. They need to be closed down because I would never have funeral here or refer them to anyone ever.
