The staff was so professional and willing to help in anyway. It felt like you were dealing with family. The facilities were very soothing and pleasant. Even when I couldn’t think they knew what I needed. My son Cory Hart was taken very good care of from beginning to end.nIf you are ever in need of a funeral home please consider them. You will truly be pleased.

Ms. Crystal and her team were nothing short of amazing. Very professional, courteous, respectful, and eager to please. Even during this pandemic Ms. Crystal was knowledgeable about the who, what, and how.

Matthew mortuary picked up my father on a Monday night. We visited their office and paid for a cremation and urn. They stated they will overnight shipment of the urn and my fathers ashes will be available for pickup on Thursday. Thursday afternoon came along and I didn’t hear from them so I called. They advised the urn wasn’t delivered but will be there tomorrow and they will call when ready. I waited till 4:30 Friday and didn’t hear from them so I called the female employee cell phone as Ibhave been. They said it wasn’t delivered and since it’s a holiday weekend it should be delivered on Tuesday. Meanwhile my mother is extremely upset. I called the same female employee cell phone Tuesday afternoon and got her voicemail but immediately received a text she was busy and couldn’t talk so I called the office. they said the urn hasn’t been delivered. I questioned if they received a tracking number and they said no but they will drive to the UPS store later and see if it’s there. I responded by telling them to call them and find out if it’s there. They responded by saying ok and got my return number. I waited and hour then texted the original female and told her to forget the urn I’m coming to pick up my dads ashes and they can reimburse me for the $150.00 urn. I didn’t get a response but thankfully I got a call and they said they have the urn. Their are more details that was frustrating but this review is long enough. I just wished they were more compassionate and called me instead or me keep on calling bugging them if I can pick up my dad. They said they will overnight deliver the urn and if they couldn’t do that then quit telling me it will be tomorrow. My mom cried each time I said it wasn’t ready it will be tomorrow or due to the holiday weekend it will now be Tuesday. They did get the urn on Tuesday after they called UPS and I was able to take him home.
