We had several phone appointments and emails. Florist called the day of an appointment with my daughter to discuss her wedding flowers and get a proposal to us, but stated they were no longer available for our wedding date. I don’t appreciate being told someone is available and not be assured the time slot. She should have told us other proposals or family plans were competing for our date. We would have signed a contract immediately. We never gat a chance. Beautiful arrangements bad business.
