THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT DELIVER! I paid for a Mother’s Day flower order Via phone and was told the order would be delivered by Mother’s Day. The flowers were NOT delivered at all! I’m nof understanding because the business is within WALKING DISTANCE of where my mom lives. I didn’t receive a call or anything... no refund was showing in my account. I tried to call back and left a message. No return call. Called back again and spoke to and. Rita. Explained the situation and there she said she will “pass it on”. Very apathetic. I had to give her my number because she didn’t ask for it for them to call me back. I am very disappointed and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I pray no other customer go through this. I live in another state now and My mom missed out on a beautiful bouquet to celebrate her. I will be choosing another florist for my business from now on.
Their always nice and pleasant when your in the store and always willing to help and rhw store always smells great and is clean
