Ordered a beautiful lavender arrangement for a funeral. The color, selected flowers, style and style were important. They delivered a white, red and pink bouquet similar to what you find at Walmart. When called about it, Anita Martin said she had to make substitutions. If the substitution is 180 degrees off. I would expect a phone call. See the two pictures of what I ordered and what was delivered. Not happy. She offered to refund my money, but it is not about the money, it was about the moment.
I do not recommend! I walked in to look at the selection of arrangements and was taken back by the terrible, pungent smell and the lack of cleanliness. A dog was in the back barking at us like crazy...not sure why any business owner thinks that’s okay. The owner remained sitting in the back and didn’t bother getting up to greet us. Her attitude was like “come to me and tell me why you’re here.” Needless to say, we made a complete 180 and walked right back out of the door. This place has a nice website which makes you think they have a great selection. We didn’t see one flower in the midst of all the mess. Buyers beware! If you order from here, they will more than likely make a bunch of substitutions.
I love Anita’s arrangements and the flowers are beautiful! They last a long time too! I get them from my husband for Valentine’s Day and then a couple weeks later for our anniversary and I look forward to them every year!
