Believe the reviews. You will not get what is advertised. I love to support local & small businesses, but this is not what I ordered nor it is a $50 arrangement.
I was not pleased with my arrangement. The ribbon was hand-made with gold glitter glue and therefore wasn’t professionally or tastefully done. In addition, the arrangement consisted of mostly greenery instead of the carnations and roses which were listed online. Next time, I’ll just pay the additional fees for FTD.
The $150 bouquet that i ordered was NOTHING like the photo. I am highly embarrassed because the arrangement that was delivered, looked like a 5 year old placed roses and green leaves everywhere. When speaking with the lady that runs the place, she was very rude and defensive. She then gave me a break down on how much her roses are and when i asked why wasn’t this explained during me placing the order, she said she doesn’t have to argue with me and then hung up on me. I disputed the charge with my bank and I’ll be getting the FULL amount reimbursed. This florist is TRASH and unprofessional!
Very kind when I called and I was pleased with my flowers.
They sent the wrong arrangement. I will call them Monday to see if they will refund my money. Depending on the service, I will edit my review.
