I ordered sympathy flowers for same day delivery. The flower was delivered on time and was big and beautiful. The family was thankful to receive such a beautiful flower during their time of grieving. It was not easy searching for a florist being out of state....Thank you Frank's being a great company.
Older lady wasn’t knowledgeable nor was she helpful. Ordered gift from Amazon instead.
We had a police officer funeral and she put together the most beautiful Royal blue rose bouquet I have ever seen. She went out of her way to find the color we needed for this sad occasion and she hit it right on. Thank you Joy for everything. You truly are amazing.
I ordered flowers for a dear friend. I paid $45 for flowers and $5 delivery. I have owned my own florist so I know flowers. The daughter sent me a photo and it was pitiful looking. I was so embarrassed. Called the florist. They could have cared less. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
I ordered an arrangement via the internet on May 8th, for Mother's Day from Frank's Flower Shop. I am not local so I paid for delivery to the recipient in Greenwood, MS. The arrangement arrived as scheduled, however, it was a totally different arrangement than what was ordered. I have made several attempts to contact this shop via telephone and email. I have received no response.nnI paid $80.24 for an arrangement that I never received but instead received a substandard, smaller arrangement. I will NEVER use Frank's Flower Shop again. I am very disappointed and frankly embarrassed.
