Called to have flowers delivered to the local hospital for a mom who just had her baby and was there all by herself because of COVID restrictions on guests. They don’t do floral deliveries on Sunday. No exceptions. The hospital is less than a 5 minute drive away. I’m pretty disappointed considering this is a local business. I would have happily paid an expedited delivery fee and they could have named their price.

Ordered over the phone for delivery to Monterey, and couldn't be happier. Chris was exceptionally thorough and helpful, especially because I was calling from overseas and the phone connection wasn't perfect. I gave him a few color options and my budget, and he created something stunning. He even sent a picture before delivery (at my request) so I could see how it turned out. Annie was also a big help (we communicated via email). I'll absolutely call again when I need flowers delivered in this area.
