I always thought highly of Ferguson Animal Hospital but after making an appointment 3 weeks in advance, I was totally put off by his staff. Stay outside until they want your presence. Then fill out paperwork outside trying to hold your dog, handle my purse and their clipboard. No comfort at all. No help whatsoever. I am old and can't stand very long but they did not care. Then they want to charge a senior citizen $75 after they abuse. I left and will never return.nI don't even give them 1 star for this trip. I have had other dogs there but that doesn't count. You have to put a star! YUK!
Dr. Wentz is very personable. Cuts to the chase on good treatment programs. His experience , knowledge, and reputation proceeds.I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone whom seeks quality care for their pets.
Curbside only, but attentive. Dr either calls from inside or comes out to your car. Nice
Dr. Wentz is awesome at minding your wallet and taking his time. You can tell he enjoys explaining and educating while treating his patients, and I always appreciate his level of detail. The staff there is so great, and have kept us safe during our multiple visits this past year. Cannot recommend them enough, happy we found such a great clinic near our home.
Such a wonderful place! The staff was excellent. The building was clean, and the care provided was top notch. Thank you again for getting us in on such short notice. :)
