Serenity funeral home on 1905 Union Blvd was such a blessing for me and my family during this time of heart ache. My father passed away on March 9th 2021 and it was a very devastating experience for me. The staff at Serenity held my hand from beginning to end. They were professional, upfront, sympathetic and courteous. Special shout out to Michael, Demetria, and Sherry. I sincerely don't think I would have gotten through this with as much peace as I had without them. I would recommend them to anyone. A+
This funeral home did not do what Sherry said they were going to do on behalf of my nephew Johnny Tibbs II. My brother was beside himself when he saw the body. We were not at all pleased. We did not get to preview the body until 15 minutes before the viewing the day of the funeral. I was supposed to be the contact person. Sherry did not respect that request. I would not recommend this funeral home.
Thank you for everything you’ve done. I can’t believe how good my brother looked. He looked the exact same as though the makeup was natural. God bless you all and I’m grateful to now have a funeral home to go to for my family. Love- Keith B. Sister.
Not sure who or what was cause of late start. Gentlemen leading services however was Great speaker.
Serenity Memorial Chapel, did an excellent job on my dad. I was very pleased. The Funeral Directors was very professional.
