The service itself was nice they added nice touches on the casket but the limo was 40 mins late. We’ve been waiting for the death certificate for 3 months now they said it was rejected by Jeff city and failed to tell us that and we had been calling every wk pretty much not one time did they say there was an issue with it. My older sister had to call up there and they told her more than my sister and I which we hated. We never got an answer for that. Still waiting for the certificates ud83dude44 communication goes a long long way
My husband recently passed away and Cotten Branch was highly recommended. When I say they have an amazing team I mean just that!! My husband looked Amazing!! Cotten-Branch Mortuary and Cremation Services did a superb job on my family member, Macen Baker. The staff and owners were very professional and they went over and above to accommodate the needs and request of our family. I am a very tricky, particular and hard to please person and when I have no complaints or concerns and is satisfied, believe me, it was a job/service well done. I highly recommend this young, BLACK OWNED, professional, husband and wife funeral directors for your love one.
