Based on others' comments we chose Renfro. At this time it is strictly curbside, so I'm saving my fifth star for a time when we can actually go inside.nThis time the staff was great. Very courteous, patient and thorough on the phone. The doctor gave us plenty of time for explanation and questions after the exam.nOur little kitty came home and acted like nothing happened, so that's worth a paws up.
I like Dr. Renfro and all his staff. He is upfront when there are problems with your pets. I know from experience he is also caring and understanding when you loose a loved fur baby. I don't mind the slightly higher cost to get the experience that he brings to the job. Dr. Renfro also is not afraid to reach out for advice when he thinks he needs it.
Dr. Jonathon has taken care of our pets for over 20 years. He's never been anything but helpful & kind. The entire staff is professional & really nice.
I had to call them they didnt listen well when I asked a question, all they heard was epsom salt. That not what I asked for. I need poultice which is an epsom salt but its a goo that can easily be put in a horses hoof. Ive been disappointed with renfros for awhile.
Fantastic Dr. and Staff. Dr. talks over everything in detail,very compassionate to our pets.Weve had Dr. for at least 17 yrs and they've been there for us as well when our pets were in bad condition
