Wednesday Kitty's second visit went even better than the first. I'd not recharged my phone, thought I had but it didn't take, so I was standing outside wondering what to do when a smiling Tech came out and asked if she were here. I passed her along and all went just wonderfully. These guys are so good I can't even screw up a visit.
Very nice, caring and professional staff and doctors.
As a new dog owner and a dog with allergies we have received excellent care and counseling and immediate help when I have called. Everyone is so friendly and professional, and so caring with Finn. He loves going there even when he is getting shots and ear treatments. I think they were so great handling all of us during this pandemic and recommend them highly.
Once again, Jesse Lane came to my rescue with one of my cats who is different and not easy to coral. The entire staff goes beyond the finish line when caring for my 4 cats. I get follow up phone calls that come well beyond normal office hours and you'd think the vets have all the time in the world when they talk to me. When calling in to make an appointment, again, the front desk staff take the time to listen to me and I know they are up to their ears in phone calls and clients standing in front of them. They are so professional and compassionate. I keep referring friends to them and those that take my recommendation always come back to me and tell me recommending HAH was the best.
