We really like this place. They have helped treat several of our animals. Always friendly, always get us in quickly. Reasonably priced. Would recommend! Picture of some happy dogs for proof.
I have used Banfield for many years in many different states. This location has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I have 2 dogs on wellness plans and this place just loves to scam people. If you want to waste your money and get minimal in return go here. My best advice is to find another solution instead of using this facility. The hospital staff like to pull the your animal may not wake up card. I have decided to set both of my wellness plans for non renewal and I will be telling every single person I know not to go here.
Every single pet owner should take their animals here. Im a broke college student and they have the most affordable optimum plan Ive ever come across, everything you’ll need is included. They are also the nicest and most amazing staff all around, even though it’s the vet my pup is always excited to visit them and get taken care of. They truly do an amazing job and I couldn’t trust anyone else more. Plus, if you have a plan with them you can get their app and talk to a vet any time of the day or night! Which is so great for those late night concerns especially after surgeries or vaccinations. 10/10 will forever recommend them for all of your pets health needs.
Arrived for my appointment and was told the cost for the services I needed would be quadruple what I was told over the phone. I really enjoyed hauling two cats across town and back for nothing (not). After reading previous reviews, it appears this “pet hospital” has issues in all areas of care for felines. Pet owners, save the headache for you and your pets, and go anywhere else but here.
We took our 2 cats for their appointments and I'm assuming because we didn't purchase one of their Optimum Wellness Plans they immediately became rude and didn't even want to acknowledge us after that, when prior to that they were being overly nice. They brought our cats out and just pretty much dumped them in my arms and walked off, didn't tell us anything at all about how their visit went or a single word at all to us for that fact. Also, when I called to schedule the appointments the lady on the phone told me to print or screenshot the free office visit for new pet patients and then they only allowed us to use 1 of them and I asked them on the phone and when we checked in, for them to give our cats their shots and when we picked them up I asked if they had given them their shots and was told no.
