Even though I could not go into the clinic, everything was very smooth and simple. Call when you get there or text and they will come pick up the animal or give you what you need. This was our first time here with Boa our little kitten. They made me feel like they were going to take good care of her, and obviously made her feel comfortable, since she didn't seem at all freaked out once given back, and they said she was very calm even despite the other dogs etc.. Wish I could have gone in but other than that everyone called and discussed the results and everything went smoothly! Very professional and kind. Thanks and we will see you next time!
Went there for our first time yesterday with our cat. The staff was very friendly, patient, good listeners & helpful!
Weve seen Dr. Pearson since she started practicing here in Springfield. She is AMAZING with our deaf boxer, Blue. A Friday I came home from work and Blue's paw was swollen as well as black and Blue. Dr. Pearson worked us in at the end of the day to see her and was so kind about it. I highly recommend going and seeing Dr. Pearson, she genuinely cares for our fur babies.
