Dr Brown did a dental cleaning with multiple extractions on my tiny elderly chihuahua. I had been terrified of getting her teeth worked on due to her age and previous health issues. Dr Brown and the Animal Care Center went above and beyond. The same evening she was back to her spunky self and wanting extra treats. You would have had no idea she'd had 15 teeth removed the same day!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I am so grateful!!
My experience was not good. I needed to have my dog euthanized. I called ahead and was quoted a price of $120. It was hard enough to do this, but was made much worse when they took him into the office and then came out to the car and told me it would be $240. I was shocked and my husband and I were strongly considering taking our dog home. However, we had to go through with it but we were so much more upset than we already were. We felt we were lied to and ripped off on top of losing our best friend and baby.
I have taken 2 Schauzers, 1 Bichon, and now my Golden-doodle to be groomed by Georgann over the past 34 years and would rate her a 10.
Great Vet Clinic.nDr. Brown provided follow-up calls regarding my puppy’s injured leg. Vet helped my pup by sharing helpful information and medication. Prices are very reasonable. Location is easy to find. Vet personnel remembered my dog, were super friendly, and helped to ease puppy’s fears. I greatly appreciate this clinic and recommend.
Very clean, everyone I talked with was friendly. We were told on our 1st visit that he looked to have 1 or 2 teeth that may need pulled. Before we left Dr Brown had us a list of pricing (low Qty $, high Qty $) That was very helpful for knowing about what to expect.We made appt to bring him back the night before so he would more relaxed the next morning.My boy was well taken care of.
