They were amazing. We recently lost our 16 yr old dog and they sent us a card in the mail with her paw print and condolences from the staff. Highly recommend them
The staff at this location have been very comforting with the loss of my sweet dog. It’s been really hard without her here. They sent me a card showing sympathy and acknowledging how much she meant to me and in this card was a little paper heart with wildflower seeds to create a beautiful little memorial. When I picked up the ashes of my pup, they said that if I need anything to call. These people are good people and will treat you like family right from the start.
Spring Valley West helped save my 5 month old Basset Hound puppy Piper from Parvo. She wasn’t doing too well & was transferred between here and the emergency vet. They took incredible care of her. Every time she went in her tail was wagging even if she wasn’t in good condition. I appreciate them so much, Piper means so much to us and they were able to bring her back to good health. Very responsive and have great communication ( I often called for updates & questions about Piper) The prices are reasonable , and overall a great place to bring your furbabies. I can’t express how grateful I am for everyone at SpringValley ♥ufe0f I also will be bringing my other furbaby Maverick there with confidence!
These folks are always friendly and treat both myself and my pet with kindness and are eager to resolve your issue.
I have been taking my pets here for over 12 years and the staff have always been very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable. I know my pets will be well taken care of at this facility. The extended hours make it convenient for work schedules also.
