If I had the choice to leave no stars I would. Our baby boy passed away at five months and live for three hours. the chaplain at the hospital stated that this would be a great place to send him so that’s what we did. they had our son there for over 2 1/2 weeks sitting in their freezer. They gave us the runaround blaming it on the hospital and the hospital was blaming it on them. I’m really not concerned about the blame. I’m more so at this point concerned abt how heartless the owner Brian Simmons was. He didn’t even speak to us, didn’t even show any emotion, we could just feel his cold heart. no spirit no warmth in his body. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Our business has had a relationship with Springfield Mortuary Service for many, many years. We wouldn't think of using anybody else in the Springfield area. They have always treated us very well.

Brian was great to assist me in this difficult time.
