Friendly Flowers Florist & Gifts

This was my first time using this florist and there are not enough words to describe my level of satisfaction. I ordered online yesterday for delivery today and from start to finish, the transaction was flawless. Shortly after I ordered, I found that my recipient, who would be at her job location, would be leaving early. I called Friendly Flowers and they assured me that the delivery would be made before my recipient left.nnJust now, I received a text message from Melissa showing me her beautiful creation before it was delivered. The flower arrangement is fantastic and the fact she texted me to show me before they were delivered was a pleasant surprise. I am super happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend Friendly Flowers to anyone needing flowers or gifts.

I called the store to order a peace Lilly for my sister and brother in law as his mother passed away. When he answered he asked if I wanted a bouquet or planter. I said I wanted a peace Lilly I think it was premium. So he continued taking my order and asked for my email and said he would send an email when they delivered. Never got an email. I specially said I just wanted a peace Lilly, no other plants. Well my sister received this planter which cost me 101.00 dollars. And had 5 little plants in it. I called and told them they sent the wrong plant and could they pick it up and deliver the peace Lilly that I ordered. They said no, for 2 reasons . Covid. They couldn't get them from Florida because of pandemic. # 2 reason they didn't have any peace Lilly. I will never ever deal with this flower shop. They were rude and never sent an email and the planter wasn't worth 25 dollars much less 101.

A great local florist who does wonderful designs- try their 'florist special' where they always provide a tremendous bouquet stuffed with complimentary colors and textures- because they blend their flower types these always keep looking great for weeks. I get my love flowers from Friendly Florist 3 or 4 times a year and we're both always very very happy with their work.

This is no longer Friendly Flowers. It's Grooming by Rose and she always does an excellent job on my dogs. She and her staff are gentle, friendly and both my dogs love going there.

I had a last minute need to send flowers to a friend. I ordered an arrangement online and it was delivered the same day. I received a photo from the recipient and the flowers were beautiful. The whole experience was wonderful. I definitely recommend Friendly Flowers.
