Called about an hour ago, spoke with a lovely lady named Carla. So exceptionally helpful and nice. My daughter lives there and I live in Canada. She just called me and said it was delivered! What service! Especially this time of year! Highly recommend! Merry Christmas and thanks again!
Mediocre $200 flower bouquet, unprofessional service. Called, spoke to florist, explained that needed lush gorgeous bouquet for Mother's 80th birthday. He promised me something amazing. Underwhelmed by what was delivered, and the delivery itself! Delivery person had NO mask on and entered my elderly, ill Mother's house to sit flowers down in middle of raging pandemic. As a New Orleanian who lives in New York, appalled by the quality. Tons of filler flowers. Nothing lush or expensive or celebratory about them. I could have made a better bouquet myself with store bought flowers. When I brought these concerns to the company, they had nothing to say to remedy my claims except for saying that they dropped delivery fee which wasn't explained to be beforehand anyway. A waste of $218. Try a more professional place. Will not shop here again.
I received an arrangement from Ambrose this week and they were honestly the most beautiful flowers I have ever received. They are all in full bloom and most tastefully arranged.
