I live in Texas and called to order my mother flowers to be delivered in Marrero for Valentine's day. They delivered the exact time I asked, and let me tell you they were BEAUTIFUL!!! Beyond expectations!!! My mother called me in tears saying how vibrant and beautiful they were!! Thanks for the excellent customer service!!!! I'll definitely be a returning customer!!!!!
Customer service was great. I asked them to deliver a flower arrangement to my mother today. My mother said the arrangement was beautiful!! I will definitely buy flowers again from them.

Very very polite & kind flowers were fresh & beautiful
Very disappointed in the customer service. I ordered a plant to be delivered the next day. The plant was not delivered, and i was able to speak to someone three days later to find out that my order had been voided with being notified. When i said i was upset because it was for a funeral, all i was told was my card wasn’t charged. An apology might have been nice. First and last time I will attempt to order from them.
