Commerce veterinary hospital was able to get us in quickly and they took care of my car like she was their own. I really appreciate the care and compassion of our vet and the receptionists were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend taking your pet here.

Waited in room for over 30 minutes when we were the only customers at the time of our visit. Totally understand there could be unknown circumstances that caused the delay; however, a simple acknowledgment that you have not been forgotten would have gone a long way. When providing constructive feedback to the doctor, rather than acknowledging my concern he wanted to debate over it. This is simple 101 basic customer service skills. In addition, you can never get through when calling, just an endless recording loop. I have no problem with the medical care received there or their prices. Simply put, the doctor could have saved my business this morning, however, he made it perfectly clear that he did not care about my concern. And, now I don't care either. Just spent over $400 for our yearly vist on our two babies. Will definitely find another veterinarian who does care.

I am looking to change vets after 14 years and my first appointment was today. The place is beautiful and the staff was very friendly. It's a bit of a drive for us (40 minutes) so that will be a change but hopefully worth it. They are a very busy clinic so seems that they always have a wait

I’ve used this veterinary hospital for many years. I have complete faith in them to do the best for my fur babies. The vets are friendly and take the time to answer questions and explain your options. The receptionist are great and are always friendly and helpful.

I have used Commerce Vet for many years, many pets. From earache, says, difficult births etc. They always go beyond my expectations. Nice knowledgeable caring people. Prices are fair according to the quality of service. They are covid compliant and the entire place was so clean and no pet smells. I only use this vet, no plan on changing.
