Sugar Hill Animal Hospital

I’m broken hearted that I had to say goodbye to my little dachshund after 15 years. Sadie had heart and kidney failure for 1 ½ years that she was being treated for and her condition started to get critical quickly. Sadie’s clinic is not open on Saturdays. Truly, I didn’t expect any animal hospital to be open on the day after Year News Day and thought I may have to take Sadie to the emergency hospital. To my surprise, the Sugar Hill Animal Hospital was open and fully staffed. I called and explained my situation to the individual (so polite) who answered the phone. I have not been to the facility before but have several friends that take their pets to that location. The clinic had no appointments available; however, they said I can wait as a walk-in and they would see Sadie as soon as possible. I arrived at the hospital and called the office from the car (using cub-side service) to let them know I had arrived. To my astonishment the vet technician came out immediately. I had all Sadie’s current medical records/blood panel in hand for review. Sadie was cared for by Dr. Seibert and her vet technician. Their prompt caring actions, helping hands and expertise were outstanding. They cared for Sadie like they had cared for her for 15 years. The staff made me feel special during this difficult time as well. The tech gave me a quote (reasonable charges) for services and I was not charged a penny more. The Sugar Hill Animal Hospital is a nice facility and has a phenomenal staff (starting from my first call that morning). Believe me…I’m a picky person when it concerns my pets. I have owned dogs, cats and horses all my life. I know how they should be treated and what the average cost is for services. I may consider taking my pets for care to the Sugar Hill Animal Hospital even though I’m located 40 minutes away. It’s worth the travel time and peace of mind. ud83dude0a Thank you!

I've been going to Dixie's for over a year now with my 80 lb Lab and my 5 lb (not sure) rescue....Henry and Symon. The folks there are great! Special shout out to Madison!nI like it there; but who cares really....... because the important thing is my dogs love it there!!!

Love Sugarhill Animal Hospital the Doctors & staff are amazing! They treat our babies with such care & love . They also have a great grooming dept. I highly recommended Jodi . ud83dudc36

Brought a stray kitty I feed in to be looked at. Staff and veterinarian very accomodating, I didn't have an appt and they worked me in. Got kitty (I named him BO) seen and up to date on rabies shot. Prescribed ear drops and eye drops and he is doing much better!

I had heard good things about them and was ready to make a change. When I called to make the appointment, the staff was engaging asking all sorts of questions about my dogs and our new German Shephard Puppy. (June) Made the appointment was able to drop her off the next day. Dr. Brantley called me a few hours later and spoke to me at length and when I came back to pick her, he brought her out to me and talked to me some more. I was very pleased and was grateful for the time he took with me.
