Checked in my cat 3:00 am for an emergency when all other regular vets were closed. Honestly We waited a long time for our cat to be taken care of, but I still recommend this place considering the time and great care we received. I feel front desk staff was very nice and doctor there was very professional. They charged reasonable items also. I sincerely hope I don’t need to go that place again in the future, but recommended if any pets have emergency issue.

I had to bring my nearly 20 year old cat here for an emergency this Monday night after some serious health complications. The woman on the phone was very gentle and compassionate before we even arrived. It ended up that it was the right decision and time for Buffy to pass on, and the doctor, Dr. Jacobs, was so kind and compassionate throughout the whole experience. It was an absolutely heartbreaking experience, but I left feeling so cared for by the staff on one of the hardest days of my life. On the day all loving pet owners dread to even think of, BluePearl allowed us both respect and dignity. I can not thank them enough for how we were treated.

My dog who is only 6, was having issues breathing and his stomach seemed to be getting bigger. I rushed him to the hospital and they came out right away to get him. He was bleeding into his abdomen. He had a mass on his spleen and had to have emergency surgery. They save his life. Yes, it was very expensive, but they saved his life. I can't say thank you enough. They were very open and honest with me. They called me to update me several times during the process. Today, he came home.

Crazy crazy expensive as compared to the other animal ER in Braselton. My cat needed to go back the next day and suddenly they were full and couldn’t take her. After spending $1200 the night before on what turns out to be a simple upper respiratory issue. A cold. Thankfully I found a place up in Braselton.

I took my chihuahua here at around 10pm at night on December 12th. She was very lethargic and just not herself and we were very worried. It took them incredibly long to even get out to us. And when they finally gave us some answers they told us she had a “hernia” and a fever of 104.1 and they said to my sister and I that our dog of 14 years had an opening in her and that her organs were falling out of her and pushing against her skin. But they weren’t positive and could only find out with more tests, meaning more money of course. They had no bed side manner. And so we proceeded to take her to North Georgia vet immediately. She had NO hernia. NO fever. They lied to us. Tried to amp us up and worry us. Probably to spend more money. I highly recommend not going here, and going to North Georgia vet.
