Great service. My appointment was at 7:10 but I came in earlier than my time they got me back to the room very quickly. I did not have to wait long even though I am early for my appointment.

Drs. Light and Davis and the entire staff at Crossroads Animal Clinic are amazing. They show compassion, patience, and real expertise. I always love how when I walk in, they don't have to look up my appointment or no ask who I'm bringing. They remember all of their patients and all of the pet parents. We recently had to say goodbye to our 16 year old poodle, and the staff was supportive and sympathetic. We will absolutely bring our next fur baby there for care. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Dr Light and her staff have earned my loyalty after nearly 20 years of caring for our pets. We have had to say goodbye to a couple and were able to let them go in a compassionate manner with Dr Light's help. She and all of the staff there are wonderful with our pets. They are caring and truly listen and give options to accommodate financial budgets. We love them because they truly care.

I've been going to this clinic for over 10 years, and let me tell you all, every time I call to make an appointment (and I visit maybe 2-3 times a year), the doctors already know who I am and know who my pets I am calling for are (I have at least 5 pets listed with them now). I can tell they show genuine care for me AND my pets, giving me the best affordable treatment and making sure I won't be coming back for the same issue. They treat my pets as if they were their own, and I trust only Crossroads to handle my family.

When it comes to my animals I am overly protective and I handle most things with emotion. Dr. Light and the staff always take the extra time to explain everything and answer every dumb little question I have. They treat my animal as a family member and not just a pet and that means more to me than anything else. They understand me and how I handle certain issues and they always use care and go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable.
