Great place. Great admin staff. Great doctors. Great techs. GREAT EVERYTHING! So helpful & friendly you feel like family when you're there. Very understanding of the fact that my old dog used to get very anxious around strangers so the drs treated him on the floor while he's on my lap & they're sweethearts with the new puppy too!nThank you for keeping your standard of service the same all these years. Love their Pet Care plans too, super affordable.
We love taking all three (2 dogs and a cat) of our pets to Suwanee Animal Hospital. Sweet staff who always makes us feel welcome! All of the doctor's we've met were very caring and attentive to our pets needs. Would definitely recommend taking your pets here!
Have been visiting this hospital since November 2020. The doctors and the nurses are fabulous, but the front office is hopeless, utter waste. Two bad experiences with the front office staff. I filled a prescription for my German shepherd over the phone. They told me the meds will be ready in 3 hours. I go there to pick the medicines and they tell me it is not ready. They normally call once the prescription is ready. Had they conveyed the correct message, I would not have driven the 10 miles twice. It was a mistake on their part and they did not even apologize.nNot at all professional and civilized. If it had not been for the doctors and the nurses, I would taken my babies to a different clinic.
The doctors at Suwanee Animal hospital have always taken great care of our dogs. We especially love Dr Jeremiah! He is so compassionate, very knowledgeable and caring!! The staff is always very efficient, kind and professional. We highly recommend Suwanee Animal Hospital! You can be assured your pet will be well taken care of.
I have been bringing my dog here for 5+ years now and would not think to take him anywhere else. They are responsive, professional & a group of caring, compassionate veterinarians that are dedicated to providing the best care to any pet. I give the many thanks to their leader, Dr. Margaret Fitzgerald who first saw Max on his first visit. Thank you Dr. Fitzgerald.
