BluePearl Pet Hospital

My Buddy cat had to be put to sleep this past Saturday and i went to BluePearl to be with him while he was put to sleep. He had been there for twenty four hours for emergency care, and Dr. Whitley and her tech and the attendant that escorted me in was wonderful and compassionate, sweet and kind. They were so wonderful. I think these things should be pointed out.

The staff and Dr. Johnson at Blue Pearl in sandy springs took such great care of my dog. He had sliced his leg wide open on something outside. They immediately worked him in. They communicated the care plan well and spent a lot of time making sure all my questions were answered. They discovered the injury wasn’t as bad as initially thought, so it cost half of what what originally quoted. Dr. Johnson was kind, compassionate, and thorough. I highly recommend them!

At 1:30am after already visiting another after hours animal hospital Dr. Bloomer was fully prepared to do everything she could to save our cat who appeared to have been shot but even with surgery she would not have a quality life and we decided to humanly euthanize her. Dr. Bloomer and the staff worked quickly and were extremely gracious with such in the middle of such a difficult situation compounded by the clinical and impersonal requirements of covid precautions. I am great full for their skill and compassion.

Dr. MacDougall is the superhero surgeon that saved our Chip! She also did a remarkable job explaining everything to me in multiple phone calls. I, Daniel Juieng, and my family are forever grateful to everyone at Blue Pearl.nnFrom my 13 yr old daughter, Fiona:nnThis place is great! My dog had a problem with his gall bladder. They took great care of him and my dog is doing much better now. The people were very nice and helpful. I am very thankful for BluePearl.

Horrible experience they care more about the money than the pets, they will try to Manipulate you into buying thousands of dollars worth of pet treatments. They want all the money paid up front and don’t have any payment plans and do very little to help, there’s no communication they once hung up in my face during a call. If you can’t pay they tell you to take your pet somewhere else( literally had the doctor say my cat is going to die tonight)and she’s alive for right now . Long waiting hours I waited 6 hours for nothing came at 10:30pm and left at 4:50am they say the most critical pets are served first and they kept saying my pet was in critical condition but I was served lasted. We’re inconsiderate that we took a Uber there and made us wait outside didn’t offer us to come in and sit, one lady said we could charger our phones once they die but I called and told them and another lady said I couldn’t ,even quick trip were nice enough to let us sit in and warm up while charging our phones. But over all a horrible place and won’t ever go again hopes it gets shut down.
