They take time to have a conversation with you about your animal’s appointment and results, and make sure you know what the costs will be up front. The mobile app makes it easy to see appointments and other details too. They are helpful and everyone seems To genuinely love all the animals.

My puppy's first visit with Dr. Mike, very compassionate and gentle.nHe is a very caring vet. Dr. Mike's tech was very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend this clinic for care of your pets.

I love bringing my bunny to AC! They are very quick to pick up the phone when i have a question about my rabbit’s care. She is always happy when i have to board her at AC and comes home feeling happy too. They always give me updates on how she is doing while being boarded. The doctors are very professional and do a thorough exam and give us tips on how to care for a rabbit at home. All in all i would 100% recommend this hospital to all pet owners.

Beware all they care about is charging you fees. They do not care about your animal.nnAfter 5+ years and over $3,000 in charges this vet cancelled my dog’s heart worm medication without notice and would not do anything to help. These folks were never kind or courteous but they are now downright rude and only care about charging high fees. I had to call 5 times and it still took 3 days to get a return call (which they then called the wrong number).nnBecause of this I had to take my dog to an emergency hospital to get a test to get a prescription in time for the medication to not lapse in protection. It is very telling that the weekend emergency animal hospital visit cost was less than half the cost of seeing All Creatures on a weekday.
