Savannah Veterinary Emergency Clinic

I was referred here by my vet as they were closing and my dog’s condition was critical. The staff (especially the sweet vet tech) was caring and efficient. The vet’s bedside manner could be improved, but he was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. I was under the impression that to walk in the door was $550 but was only charged $175 for an office visit, oxygen, and 2 different medications. The prices were clearly explained before hand so I could make decisions regarding care.nnI would definitely go back if the services ever need it again. Do not let the rating deter you!

I literally do not know what more this clinic could have done to accommodate me during this traumatic experience. They were respectful, professional and empathetic and I am forever grateful!! Brittany was especially helpful and very organized. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I can’t say enough about the teams here. My beautiful Lola out of the blue had seizures on Friday night. She had 4 while in our care and three while with them. This is less than 10 hours. It was horrific And this team helped our baby and kept us updated all the way thru the weekend. They were never bothered by our calls to check on our girl. And they showed her love and attention like only true animal lovers can do. They are excellent at what they do and we are forever thankful . If you have an emergency this is the place to be for animals.

I can’t say enough good things about this hospital!!nThey truly are amazing, kind and caring.nI have called on several occasions asking general questions and each time watch answered with kind and knowledgeable staff on the other end of the phonenTwo weeks ago I had to bring my little Coco at 3am.nShe had Congestive Heart Failure. The care that she was given was top notch. Coco has been battling this for 16 months and the doctor took the time to answer all my questions. They monitored her throughout the day calling me with updates.nEarly this morning, my sweet girl lost her fight and once again, this hospital was so kind and caring.nThank you for you❤ufe0f

The Vet tech was pleasant and extremely helpful right from the start. The Vet was empathetic and listened to our concerns, provided great service, and advised us on the best courses of action to care for our pup.nnI’m giving a 4/5 because we specifically asked for information about ‘home end-of-life care’ and we didn’t get any useful information. Luckily we were able to find a mobile service Vet that was able to come to our house short notice.
