I want to recommend Poole Funeral Home but especially Beau Gammage. He was understanding and helpful and showed the upmost respect to our family. At 2am he traveled to the hospice center when my mother in law passed away. He was kind, professional and courteous to my family. After going through the pain of losing a loved one, I am thankful that someone as genuine and nice such as Beau was there to help us.
My cousin used them when he sister passed and recommended them to me. My wife passed away and they were so good to me. The people there are awesome. The services were incredible.
My mother’s passing was the hardest thing I’ve ever encountered and Im so glad we chose this funeral home..We could not have asked for a better experience. Brian was VERY thoughtful, had great ideas, was patient and really just went the extra mile for me and my family. Tim (Brian’s assistant) is a good man also. We prepared a speech and no one really was in a good state of mind to read it but, Tim stepped up and nailed it. Thank you so much to this place and everyone

I was so happy I chose Poole Funeral Home, to handle my husbands funeral.nBrian walked me through the process step by step, not only did he give me several cost options, he told me what to expect , how to handle certain situations even gave me a folder explaining everything he told me, knowing most people, can't remember everything at times like this. The funeral home is beautiful and the staff super nice. I HIGHLY recommend them. I can't thank them enough for making this whole process so easy with no stress.
