We took our Yorkie for his regular grooming today. When we picked him up there was a charge for annual shots. We had a fax sent from our regular vet stating he was up to date before they would groom him. The front office said it would not hurt him and no problem. We will not charge you so no big deal. It is a big deal since the groomer said he tried to bite her since he was sensitive. Called back and talked with the vet on duty. He was the one who gave Max the shot. Same reaction. What is the big deal ? You did not have to pay. Not the point. This company is not very responsible and competent. I will never go there again. I am suppose to get a phone call from the owner but I doubt it since the vet said for me to call back if I did not hear from her. Very frustrating.

This is the worst animal hospital ever. Please do not take your pet here. They take advantage of pet owners and charge ridiculous and outright unnecessary charges on your bill that they can’t prove was actually done. always look at your bill before paying and they don’t make the pets happy here. Please beware of this place !!!
