The staff of Richard R. Robinson funeral home were compassionate, kind, and professional from start to finish. They provided excellent service during a difficult time.
Earlier this year, they handle the services for my uncle Isiah Bond, I was very impress with their level of professionalism as being a new funeral home. Their was nothing to complain about are speak negativity about them. Especially loved the saxophone player to lead the family out. Great job Mr. Robinson and his staff.
This place, although beautiful and clean lacked any compassion. They showed no empathy. Being that we laid a loved one to rest during a national pandemic, you would have expected them to be more genuine and supportive. Never again! If you or your loved one has a vision for how things should be handled during such a delicate situation; do not go here!
I’m so thankful for Mr. Robinson & his staff. I’ve had to use the services of Mr. Robinson & his funeral home 3 times in the past few years. Each time they’ve provided the best service. Their professionalism is unmatched. They’ve truly become family for me. I highly recommend their services!!!
