I cannot put in words how grateful I am to the staff and Doctors of Winder Animal Hospital . The staff is always friendly , understanding and responsive . My pet had dental surgery a few weeks ago , and I was worried sick at first. The staff/Doctors stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process . They followed up from the time they put my baby to sleep to when he woke up. I felt such relief and joy knowing my baby was being taken care of . I knew my pet was in the best possible hands .They provided great information on care after the surgery . The prices are realistic and affordable . This is the only place I trust to take care of all three of my babies. I moved out of Winder ,but I don't mind driving out of my way to bring my babies to Winder Animal Hospital. If you are looking for a trustworthy , safe , friendly , caring & professional place then I highly recommend WAH. Thank you for all that you do & have done for my pets.

Only the best for our little girl, and this is it!! Had an occasion to be in the back office and the entire place is spotless!! Very professional and organized. We love all the vets, but Dr. Duffy is our favorite! He's cared for our dogs for over 10 years.

At this point, my pets have seen every Vet and Tech in this practice and my experience has never been less than stellar. They are always able to accommodate us for sick visits - most recently with an overly dramatic cat!nThe way that the doctor explains your treatment options and gives you pros and cons for the various options really makes you feel like you have all the information you need to make the best choice possible for your pet.

I have been taking my babies to Winder Animal Hospital for years. My first visit was in 2015. My Westie (who was only 4 at the time) was having episodes of passing out. After further examination, they diagnosed him with a third degree heart blockage. They immediately sent me to UGA Vet Hospital for a very successful heart surgery. Since then, I have added two other pups to the family and they are all being taken care of at Winder Animal Hospital. They always try to accommodate my schedule, as well as work in my babies when there is an issue. I feel like they are a bit pricey, but the care and professionalism is worth it to me.

Took my dog to be examined for a possible blockage in his diggestive track because he swallowed a bunch of horse hoof trimmings. They do an X-ray only to tell me later that hoofs might not show up. Then proceed to inject him for nausea medication and administer fluid with out my permission. The doctor had told me he was not dehydrated either so I do not know why fluids were neccessary. So after $350 I know no more than I did before I took him.
