Amazing and caring staff. They always take great care of my precious little Birdie pup!

My dog got really sick one day. She was tilting her head and could barely walk. (it was almost as if she was drunk when she did) Naturally, since this was my dogs vet, my mom asked for her to be seen here that day, but they wouldn’t see her. They didn’t even try to squeeze her in or help any way, but eventually did after my mom fussed enough.nTo add on, when my mom spoke to the vet about this, the vet was extremely rude and told her that if she wanted her dog to be seen the same day then she needs to go to another vet. What owner would see that their pet is obviously sick and agree to wait for an appointment on another day? They would obviously want them to be treated immediately. The website boasts how caring the staff is, but how is turning away a sick animal caring? Where’s the compassion in making them suffer for longer? I get that there’s appointments and that it’s inconvenient, but to not want to help in any way?nSpeaking of inconveniences, they made it very obvious that Rosie was one during her visit. The vet was more concerned with trying to sell her a prescription dog food for a condition that she didn’t even have than actually helping Rosie. She also didn’t bother to test her for anything. They sent her on her way with Doxycycline (for Lyme Disease) and Meclizine (for Vestibular Disease) and told my mom to contact them in 3-4 if she doesn’t get better.nTo add on, Rosie tested positive for Lyme Disease a while back somewhere else, but at this vet, she tested negative in December and January. They wouldn’t test her for it again this time. Just gave her the medicine.nThe vet also briefly mentioned the possibility of a tumor, but wasn’t too concerned about that.nThanks to this carelessness, Rosie died two days later. It might have even been fully preventable, but they didn’t care enough to properly diagnose her. They only cared about the money from the appointments that she was holding up and selling dog food for more money. How are you going to consider the possibility of this dog having a tumor and assume it’s just her diet?nThis practice doesn’t care for your animal. I don’t know why anyone would become a vet if they didn’t want to help animals, but here we are.nDon’t go here.

I did not go inside but Amanda came out in a mask to answer my questions about an injured animal and was very helpful. The place has a number you can call to get in for service but as I was about to dial it Amanda (Vet Assistant) came out and solved my problem without risking having an extra person inside. Thanks Amanda and Veterinarian! :)

Took my 15 yr old dog. She was sick. They helped her back to her old self. Very friendly and helpful. I will go back.
