Leftover Pets

Leftover Pets was great. We have a stray cat that had an injured paw. It hadn’t been using the paw for 2 weeks. They were very helpful when I called. Answered all of my questions. They told me if I could get the cat there they would treat it. I have never had a cat for a pet and wasn’t sure how to go about getting it there. Susan told me just what to do and even let me come in a get a cage to use to catch the cat safely. They helped the cat and told me how to take care of it once we got back home. The cat was doing much better in 2 days. I would recommend they and would use them in the future!! I’m happy to know that there is someone that will help the Leftover Pets!!! Thank you so much for your services!!!

A very stress free drop off and pick up the same day of my dog. Very nice staff. Very low cost. A good experience for a good cause

I just needed a signature, keep in mind just a signature. I emailed first to see if I could get a signature from a vet to give to my apartment manager, Susan kept asking why the vet needed to sign it even though I previously stated it before twice as to why I needed her to sign it. She ignored my first email and I need this signature very soon. I had to send another email and I finally was told I could come in and wait in the lobby. Didn't say if I could get it sign but I just assumed that's why I went. I get there, I literally had to wait 20-30 minutes just for a signature that could have been done in seconds. She didn't even acknowledge me even though I was standing right there. After all that waiting I was finally talked to and then i had to wait once again for about 10 minutes. Just to have a little scramble of a signature. Ha if it was that simple why did I have to wait. I will not be having their services here any longer. It was a worst first experience for me and they were just rude. Keep in mind there was no one in the front at first. I understand this is a busy place but a signature shouldnt take this long to get. Just rude.

Let me just start by saying that Leftover Pets is nothing short of being a blessing to all pet owners who need low cost spaying and neutering. They actually care extremely for your pet's wellbeing. And the wellbeing and understanding of the people that they are serving. They go above and beyond of explaining the aftercare of your pet. I have used them many times over the years. Dropped my girl (cat) off to be spayed and they were just pleasant and wonderful!! Even the customers were sweet lol very happy and I think she even came back with a bath! Her coat is shining lol you can tell they do the most to make them comfy and even allowed owners who did were afraid to walk them to the back, lovely people and place, was def worth the drive
