These people have more patience and compassion than is even possible. I can't thank them enough for the care and attention they displayed during my family member's funeral and interment.

I contacted Chapman, Cole and Gleason at the end of my Mother’s brief stay in Hospice in Florida. I was put in contact with Jeff Whalen who walked me through the process from gathering information for the death certificate to explaining the logistics of transporting her from Florida to Cape Cod. I can only say that Jeff and the entire staff at Chapman, Cole and Gleason made a very sad and emotional time for me and my family much less stressful by taking care of all the arrangements without missing a detail. Any questions I had were answered swiftly and professionally, a request for a florist referral was answered with a recommendation that I was extremely pleased with, and they could not have been more accommodating.nAlthough I was already impressed with Jeff Whalen when we communicated by phone, I was pleasantly surprised that he and his staff were actually waiting outside to meet me when I arrived on the day of the funeral. This was an added touch that did not go unnoticed. It spoke to the compassion they exude when dealing with the bereaved and I believe it’s added details like this and others too numerous to mention that set them apart from the rest.nMy grandfather used their services for my grandmother 31 years ago, my father used them for my grandfather 20 years ago, and obviously there are reasons that my family keeps going back to this particular funeral home.
