Fabulous long distance experience via phone. I needed same day delivery for a very big event and Falmouth Florist came through. They designed an amazing arrangement and were able to deliver earlier than expected. As you can see from the image, the presentation is beautiful. Thank you Kathy for all your help!
Amy and Jean are terrific!!! My 10 year old granddaughter was devastated when they had to put their 17 year old cat to sleep. When I called, I was told that the delivery person had left for the day. Jean realized how important the flowers would be and so she delivered them herself :) Such acts of kindness are few and far between; my faith is renewed ----there really ARE some kind people left. Thank you Jean and Amy.
These guys totally saved my bacon after another florist (that shall remain nameless to protect the criminal) biffed an order. They had an adorable arrangement ready for me when I called and delivered same day. Call Falmouth Florist they rock!!
I bought flowers in May for my granddaughter's birthday. These women did such a wonderful job on the arrangement! So friendly and going well beyond normal customer service. Amy and her staff are extremely talented. The customer service is outstanding . They recently put together a beautiful bridal bouquet for a beach wedding. I brought in a picture and Amy matched it exactly. I go there often for my floral needs and have never been disappointed. I have shopped florist in both Falmouth and Mashpee. Falmouth Florist is by far the best.
