This place is absolutely wonderful. We had to say goodbye to our beloved Bernese Mountain Dog over the weekend who was very sick with lymphoma. My mother called and they were able to squeeze us in right before closing. They were kind enough to do the procedure outside so the family could be present. All of the staff members were very warm and comforting during that difficult time for us. They could not be more wonderful.
The veterinarian and staff were very attentive to my needs and the needs of my standard poodle, Roxie. The veterinarian, Dr. Brandon was extremely attentive to many details which made me feel like she was focused entirely on my dog's needs as well as any potential needs. Thank you very much.
Two days before we were scheduled to drive back to NYC after spending 3 weeks in Cape Cod, my 87-lb Rottweiler snagged one of his paw nails while getting in the car. We had a crying dog with a hanging nail and an upcoming 5-hour drive, so I was very relieved that they accommodated us the next morning to remove the painful nail and prescribe meds to avoid infection. They were very professional and cautious about Covid—I called upon arrival and they explained the protocol before they took my dog inside while I waited in the parking lot. About 20 minutes later, my dog had one less paw nail and was pain-free! The bill was still less than what it would have cost me in NYC.
Always been there when I needed them and always taken the best care of my pets. They have been my vet for over 15 years and ill never go anywhere else!!!
Wonderful experience even with Curbside care... Dr. Baker (though I have not had the pleasure of meeting him yet) seems very knowledgeable and caring! All of the staff have been extremely kind and professional... thank you as I am coming from a not so empathetic veterinary practice and it is refreshing to know my babies are in great hands! Amos and Andy thank you too! Though Andy is NOT happy about having to lose some lbs... means less treats for this little chubby ;) Thank you again, Gyda Jemery
