VCA Hospital put down our family dog. As if this wasn’t hard enough on our family, after we had requested a cast of our sweet boy’s paw, we still hasn’t received a call days later to pick it up. After we called, they had let us know that they had forgotten to take a cast of his paw and acted like it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t even apologize for the mistake.nnThen three months later, we received an email telling us it was time for our dog to get his check-up, they put him down, you think they would have been smart enough to update their records so we wouldn’t get an email reminding us that our dog was no longer alive for his check up.
I highly recommend them for your animal. I have a sick dog and.they have been great.
