I love this vet clinic ! Dr. Marcelo and his staff are the best ! They are knowledgeable, compassionate and truly love their patients . I was referred to Meadow Branch by a friend when one of my Great Danes was experiencing digestive issues. Dr. Marcelo performed the necessary blood work first , and when that came back normal then proceeded to the ultrasound. I appreciated that he took the time to rule out all possible causes . We left with a diagnosis and a treatment plan which worked immediately! I was thrilled to see my dog thriving after we had seen other vets about this issue and it was not resolved. I recently took my oldest Great Dane there . Again Dr. Marcelo was great and diagnosed the problem. My dog needed surgery, and they were very quick to schedule us to accommodate the urgent need. The surgery went great and my dog had a very easy recovery even though he is an older dog. I also appreciated the updates they provided during and after his procedure. I just can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and knowledge. The care of my dogs received from them was exceptional ! I will bring all of my dogs here in the future . I highly recommend this veterinarian!!!
We have had THE BEST experiences with Meadow Branch Animal Hospital, Dr. Swisher, and staff. Our pug has a ton of medical issues and they have been with us every step of the way with spot-on recommendations for medications and food. They have also provided us excellent pre and post surgical care. They have always treated our dog as one of their own and it has made all the difference in his life and in ours. The staff were so nice and welcoming, you could tell they care about the animals that visit. Dr. Marcelo was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to sit down with us and explain exactly what was going on and why he was recommending the treatment that he did. This will be the vet that I bring my animals to from now on.
I am so grateful for the office staff and Dr. Swisher for not only squeezing us in for a consult on short notice, but also seeing us same day when my dogs tumor starting causing him discomfort. They are so kind and compassionate! They gave us hope for comfort and treatment when others had given up and we thought all hope was lost. Thank you all!
IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS AND WANT THEM TO HAVE THE BEST CARE AROUND THEN TAKE THEM HERE!!! Our pets are our world so of course you want to take them to a vet that feels the same way... well it is extremely apparent that the team at Meadow Branch Animal Hospital feels that way! My French Bulldog Winston had something wrong with his eye and many people know that eye issues can go bad very quickly... well I called my usual vet and they couldn’t see him until NEXT WEEK! My friend recommended Meadow Branch to me and I called and spoke with the absolute sweetest and most professional receptionist ever! She took all of my concerns to heart and spoke with Dr. Marcelo and they were able to work Winston in the very next MORNING, without ever seeing him before, TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! After the appointment, Dr. Marcelo called me himself and filled me in on all of his findings. He is also extremely professional, knowledgeable, and makes sure he fully explains everything so you understand what is going on. I couldn’t be more impressed with a vet office and I will be switching all my pets over to this office. Thank you all so so so much for doing what you do and putting your heart and soul into caring for our animals. Your kindness is appreciated beyond words!
