Tidewater Animal Clinic

I love this clinic!! All of the staff (front desk receptionist, vet technicians, and veterinarians) are so welcoming. They always give personable attention to my dogs and always take the time to address any areas of concern. They show a genuine interest in my fur babies and truly make us feel like family.

We recently moved to this area from the Midwest, and are so grateful to find such a great veterinarian and staff to look after our older dog. Everyone from the front desk to the veterinarians are friendly and welcoming to both animals and humans. It makes it so much easier for our pets. We thank them all and know our dog is in great hands there.

This was the first time at Tidewater Animal Clinic. My old vet could not give me an appointment so they recommended Tidewater Animal Clinic. It was the best experience I ever had at a veterinarian clinic they were able to work me into there busy schedule and they took such good care of my dog. Everybody was so friendly and nice and they did a follow-up call a few days later to check and see how my dog was doing.

Such an amazing place! I finally found a vet's office where everybody is so friendly and prices are reasonable and they generally care about your beloved pets and not the money they'll be making... Wish I had found this place sooner!! Thank you!! A+A+A+

I called when then opened after coming home from work the night before to a limping dog. Having just moved to the area I didn’t know anyone. I called several vets and their staff were quick to say they had no openings. Not the case with Tidewater, I called and was greeted by a present receptionist who was able to get me in the same morning and even called my old vet for records so I didn’t have to worry about finding them. When I arrived I was greeted by the front desk staff and taking back in a timely fashion. The Vet Tech was very calming and took the time to get a good history. Then Dr. Kate Henderson came to see us and did a through exam and explained everything as she was doing it. They did not push anything unneeded and were so caring and an all around pleasure to be around. I’m so happy I found a Vet that is as compassionate as everyone at Tidewater. I give them 5/5, highly recommend.
