I will never use 1800 flowers again nor use anyone that deals with Greenbrier florist! I live in New York and had placed 2 separate flower deliveries to be sent to my mom in Suffolk. First order was to be received yesterday 3/14 and was never received by her even though I got a delivery confirmation. I reached out to 1-800 and they assured me they would send a replacement since my mom never got it, which was sent again thru this florist. Today was her birthday, the replacement flowers were never sent. And the second order which was to be delivered today was delivered to the wrong address, luckily the woman was nice enough to take them to my mom's house! Totally unprofessional, I will never use them again!

I ordered my wife an $85 bouquet for our wedding anniversary. The flowers that were delivered were an appalling disappointment. I should have looked on Google reviews first: this florist has tons of 1 star reviews all saying the same thing. The flowers looked worse than the $15 bouquet you can buy from Costco. There were less flowers, they were poorer quality and they were less well arranged than Costco flowers but they cost $85 instead of $15. When I called to complain the lady kept saying that I had ordered the A size bouquet. As if this meant that what had been delivered was somehow acceptable. What? The trash they sent us looked nothing like the arrangement on the website. They offered to replace them, but the other reviewers on Google reviews who agreed to a replacement all say that either the florist just never showed up with a replacement or that the replacement was just as bad as the first attempt. I said I wanted a refund. The lady said ok but then said that they would be coming back to my home to get their flowers back. Wow. Really? Yes really, perhaps so they can sell them to someone else? This business seems to specialize in misleading people by posting pictures on their website that bear no resemblance to the actual product they are putting out. They ruin people's special occasion. Then when they get a negative review they respond on here saying they are sorry and they didn't mean it. Pathetic.

I ordered a money tree from Greenbrier florist directly thinking i support a local business for my friends birthday. Needless to say they delivered a totally different item to her. I ordered a tree they sent a plant a peace lily like it was going to a funeral it was her birthday . I called to let them know the woman on the phone said they are not obligated to inform me that the were changing my order. I had called that morning before they delivered the order to confirm because i had placed it on the web site. They could of told me at that time but chose not to. Then she proceeded to say im not arguing with you about this really because i spent 70 dollars on this tree which now being in formed they cant get any longer. I will be ordering from some where else from now on. There customer service skills are horribly un professional I don't understand how they stay in business

LOOKING FOR A FLORIST TO RUIN YOUR ANNIVERSARY SURPRISE. LOOK NO FURTHER GREENBRIER FLORIST IS THE ONE FOR YOU..nnIf I could give them 0 stars I would. My Husband placed an order well in advance for flowers to be delivered to me at work for our anniversary. He called them today at around 4:15 worried as he had not heard from me saying I recieved them and spoke to a woman who was just thrilled to do her job. They had not even started this order. He told her it needs to be delivered by 5pm and she said she would take care of it. When he talked to me when I got off work he found out I never got a delivery of any kind. Naturally he was upset. I called and spoke to the same thrilled woman and she had every excuse under the sun and wanted to argue with me (the customers wife). I told her she needed to reroute her driver to our home. He was a joy too. No apologize or sorry im late nothing... We used them for our wedding... NEVER AGAIN. You would think they would know how to prioritize their orders, but they dont. My office is 5 minutes from them...
