Edible Arrangements

I will never order here again. I ordered for same day delivery which this store willingly accepted. It was supposed to be a surprise birthday gift to a workplace -- well we have been tracking the order and it was showing out for delivery at like 2PM - - now the birthday celebrant had gone home as it is past work hours now 5:20PM-- and still no delivery. it should not take this long to deliver from colonial heights to where we are.. (at most 20mins)

You may want to think twice before supporting this location.nDisappointing customer service on March 23, 2021 when the driver left my edible arrangement and cupcakes, a birthday gift from my daughter who lives out of state, on my front porch. There wasn't a note or an associate from the store not the driver called to give notice that they came by for delivery. I noticed the items on the front porch from the balloon moving by the wind. When I picked up my gifts from the porch to bring them indoors, the cupcakes were filled with ants. The fruit was luckily covered with plastic but the freshness was substandard and the plastic was limp and wet from sitting outside.nI took pictures to share them with my daughter and she called the store the very same day. The associates first asked if someone could come by the store to pick up because they were short handed and busy. After my daughter told them she lived out of town and paid for delivery, only then later the associates agreed to redeliver the cupcakes on the next day, March 24, but they never showed up or called. On March 25, I called to arrange pickup before they closed at 5:30. I showed up at the store on the 25th at 4:50pm, and the store was closed. When I called I was unable to leave a voice message because the voicemail box was full. I called the next day, March 26 to speak to a manager and was toldn”there wasn’t a manager on-site, only two employees.” I finally picked up the cupcakes 3 days after the birthday celebration. I wouldn't recommend this location due to the fact of poor customer and lack of interest to provide quality service on delivery.

Do not waist your money and time NEVER answer the phone the fruit was bad !!

Don't waste your time and money at this place all I did was call to place a order and the person that answered the phone was very rude and had to call several times to get someone to answer the phone needles to say they'll never get my business

Definitely not a good place to order from, my fruit was not fresh & I don’t like the customer service
