I ordered a flower arrangement from the website. I'm in Florida and it was being delivered to a friend in Chester. I'm very impressed with both the quality of the flowers and customer service of this florist. It was delivered the next day, the arrangement was exactly what I saw on their website (My friend sent me a photo) and I even got an email telling me it had been delivered. Which is excellent customer service because a recipient doesn't always let the giver know it was received. The flowers were from a group of us. Therefore, I wanted eight names listed on the card and they also took the time to do this. If I ever need flowers delivered in this area again, Vogue Flowers is the only shop I'll deal with.

Service was horrible took 1hr in store and multiple phone calls from the worker to managers. Then 6 days later they call and say we want more money to create it. Just what you want to deal with when your fathers dead right?! No! Heartless, in compassionate, worthless customer service! Order cancelled and now we will have to find someone else to do it with short notice. Don’t waste your time or money.

I am a pandemic bride that either struggled with multiple florists that would set appointments for bridal floral consultation and “no showed” or simply never would called me back. I dealt with florists closing after lunch daily, because you apparently can only catch Covid in the afternoon. Try putting a wedding together in this non-sense, when you work full time in the medical field yourself. Chester Vogue Flower Market was amazing! MaryJane, floral consultant, listened to my needs and desires. One simple picture of what I wanted for my bouquet ended up being the best move ever! The bouquet was close to being my favorite part of my entire wedding! The colors popped and the flowers were amazing! Kudos to the artist that created my dream bouquet, but better! Thank you!
