The Flower Mart

I walked into the store today in order to order a flower arrangement to be sent to a funeral, stood there for 10 minutes not a single soul came up front to help me. I turn around and walked out and went to a different florist. They help me tremendously as soon as I walked through the door they were there to help their customers.

What? Wait hello?? I called directly to this Florist to place order to go to my husbands mom.nThe MOST Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious long stem gorgeous gorgeous Rose's were delivered and wait for it the driver actually a person called updated made sure all was okay like okay I could so get us to old fashioned costermer service like that again !!!! 100 stars

Best customer service ever!! I was assisted with getting a delivery that had some errors from the sender. My family was experiencing a loss of a loved one and Lew made sure that i got the order that was intended for my family along with another order that came in. He stayed after hours to meet me and i appreciated the willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely use him again and refer to my family and friends.

I ordered the premium, largest of 3 sizes, Divine Peace Bouquet for $99.95 plus tax plus a $19.95 delivery fee from the JT Morris Funeral Home website for my sister-in-law's visitation. It looked beautiful and the description was lovely. I especially liked the crystal cross. When my husband and I saw the arrangement at the funeral home we were shocked and embarrassed. It was so abysmally small that a funeral home employee had set it on a fireplace mantle! When we left JT Morris Funeral Home, I called Flower Mart and talked to Lou. I told him about our concerns. Lou said the premium size is no larger than the smallest size, it just has more flowers. He went on to quote the dimensions, said they have a design to follow, and people just don't realize how small those arrangements are. He asked if I saw a particular arrangement at JT Morris that Flower Mart made, told me it cost $200 and was six times bigger than the one I ordered. I was totally disappointed in Lou's attitude, he never once said he was sorry that I was disappointed. This was not the first time I have ordered flowers from Flower Mart. They had a good reputation with me. I am surprised it would be involved in making arrangements for company when it can predict that people wil be disappointed in the size and in essence knows that it is a RIP off. Lou offered to make something else, at my expense of course. Our conversation ended with him telling me to call him directly instead of ordering from the JT Morris website.

Ordered a bouquet for my wife, did everything from the website and by phone since we live in separate states. Placed the order 2 weeks in advance placing a suspense date. They were delivered the next day but luckily they called to let me know they were delivered and a quick call back to them letting them know they were ordered for a different date got the flowers quickly picked up before my wife got home and they sent them out again on the correct date. Friendly service, great care and the flowers looked great and my wife loved them.
